Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern access to the Electric Edge Lawncare website and services.

By using the website or scheduling services you agree to these Terms.

Services

Electric Edge Lawncare provides residential lawn maintenance and outdoor services within Connecticut.

Services are performed in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide property access
• Secure pets
• Disclose underground hazards
• Follow service instructions

Weather & Scheduling

Services may be delayed due to weather, equipment issues, or other conditions beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services.

By providing a credit card, you authorize Electric Edge Lawncare to charge the card the day following service completion.

We do not offer automatic service renewals.

Credit card data is stored and processed by a secure third-party processor.

SMS Communications & Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number you consent to receive text messages from Electric Edge Lawncare at 203-434-3279 regarding informational communications such as:

• Service scheduling
• Appointment reminders
• Billing notifications
• Customer service communications

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Data Sharing Statement

Any information sharing referenced elsewhere in these Terms excludes mobile opt-in data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Connecticut law, liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut.

Disputes will first attempt informal resolution.

If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
